Details

Serve Saturday is a day where our church comes together to love our neighbors in practical ways. Volunteers serve individuals, families, and partner organizations throughout our community by helping with projects like yard work, minor repairs, cleaning, organizing, and other hands-on needs.

These are the organizations we are supporting this Serve Saturday:

Ronald McDonald House- A nonprofit organization that provides free or low-cost housing and support for families whose children are receiving medical treatment at nearby hospitals.

Springs Rescue Mission- A local nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and poverty.

Life Network- A nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancies. They provide free, confidential medical and support services, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, parenting education, material assistance, and options counseling.

Pollys Preschool- provides affordable, in-home preschool and childcare for families in the Colorado Springs community. With a heart for serving others, Polly’s Preschool also helps support low-income families by providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow while parents work and provide for their households.

Tessa- provides confidential support, including a safe house, victim advocacy, counseling, and education, to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and their children

Genesis Church of the Nazarene- A neighborhood church that focuses on building relationships, offering encouragement, and providing a place where people can grow in faith and connection.
