If you would like to serve on a different team here at Rock please fill out this form! Please fill out one form per person (13 years and older).

We recommend picking your TOP choice (only one). This allows you to truly get a feel for what it's like serving in that area.

If you decide you don't fit with that area, we'd love to get you involved with a different area instead!

We highly value not only the time you give to serve our church family, but also the time you take to receive from God during a service.

Because of this we ask that you (and your family) attend one and serve one.
